These Terms of Use and Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aifinancerush.pro, related pages, communications, training programs, workshops, advisory services, and associated materials provided by AI Finance Rush Inc. ("AI Finance Rush", "we", "our", "us"). By using our website or purchasing/participating in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

1. Services and educational scope

AI Finance Rush provides vocational and professional learning services focused on AI-assisted finance management workflow development, budgeting discipline, expense tracking, reporting hygiene, and implementation support. Our programs are educational. They are not legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, trading education, accounting advice, employment placement services, or fiduciary advisory services. Any examples, templates, or case studies are instructional tools and are not guarantees of financial performance or savings.

Participation may include live or online instruction, assignments, downloadable materials, cohort discussions, and optional advisory support. Availability and format may vary by program listing and enrolment agreement.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering binding agreements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials used with any associated learning platforms and for all activity under your account, except where unauthorized use results from our negligence.

3. Payments and pricing

Program fees are stated in CAD unless expressly noted otherwise. Payment schedules, due dates, and invoicing terms are presented at checkout or in an enrolment communication. Taxes may apply where required. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspended access until amounts are resolved, subject to applicable law and written agreement terms.

Pricing ranges shown on the website are indicative and may change without notice. A confirmed invoice or written service agreement controls pricing for a specific enrolment or engagement.

4. Cancellations, transfers, and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on service type, delivery format, and timing. Unless a specific agreement states otherwise, requests submitted before program start are reviewed under standard cancellation windows. Once substantial program access has been provided, refund eligibility may be reduced or unavailable. Transfer requests may be offered at our discretion based on seat availability and operational constraints.

To request cancellation, transfer, or refund review, contact us in writing with your details and reason. We assess requests in good faith and provide a written outcome. Approved refunds are typically issued through the original payment channel when feasible.

5. Learner conduct and acceptable use

You agree to participate professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, disruption of instruction, unauthorized recording of participants, or misuse of course resources is prohibited. You must not use our services to create unlawful content, infringe rights, bypass security controls, or violate privacy obligations owed to third parties.

We may limit or terminate access for material policy breaches, including abusive behavior, repeated disruption, fraud, or unauthorized redistribution of proprietary materials. Where practical, we may provide warning and opportunity to correct behavior first.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, trademarks, visual design, curriculum structures, templates, and training materials are owned by AI Finance Rush Inc. or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment obligations, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business learning use. You may not copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or distribute materials beyond this license without prior written consent.

Any feedback you provide may be used by us to improve services, provided we do not disclose your confidential information inappropriately.

7. AI output and professional judgment

Our training may involve generative AI tools and workflow methods. AI systems can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or outdated output — including incorrect numbers, miscategorized expenses, or flawed variance commentary. You are solely responsible for validating outputs before relying on them in finance, accounting, tax, legal, or business contexts. We are not responsible for losses arising from unverified AI output usage.

8. Finance and performance disclaimer

We provide education and implementation guidance. We do not guarantee specific savings, cost reductions, revenue, profit, employment outcomes, or business growth from any course or service. Individual results vary and depend on factors outside our control, including prior capability, organizational context, data quality, effort, and macroeconomic conditions.

Rush does not mean get-rich: In our brand, "rush" refers to focused learning momentum and disciplined implementation of finance workflows. It does not mean instant wealth, guaranteed profit, trading success, or a get-rich-quick pathway. Marketing language, examples, and case exercises should not be interpreted as financial outcome promises.

9. Third-party platforms and tools

Programs may reference or integrate third-party services, including AI models, productivity tools, hosting platforms, and communication software. We do not control third-party terms, uptime, pricing, privacy practices, or feature changes. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies, and you assume associated risks.

10. Privacy and data handling

Our collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including PIPEDA principles where relevant. By using our services, you acknowledge that we may process personal information as described in our policy for admissions, delivery, support, security, and compliance purposes.

11. Confidentiality expectations

We treat participant information with care. You are likewise responsible for protecting confidential information shared by instructors, peers, and employers. Do not submit confidential third-party ledger data into AI tools unless you have the legal right and organizational authorization to do so. We are not responsible for unauthorized disclosures made by participants in breach of their own obligations.

12. Website availability and modifications

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, program structures, or content at any time for operational, technical, legal, or quality reasons. We are not liable for temporary downtime, interruptions, or incompatibilities caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

13. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation, except where warranties cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AI Finance Rush and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or procurement of substitute services, arising from or related to website use, service participation, or reliance on content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, unless a different minimum applies under mandatory law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Finance Rush from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful conduct.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect participants, enforce policy, prevent abuse, comply with law, or address payment default. You may stop using services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.

17. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or services will be submitted to the courts located in Ontario, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Before formal proceedings, both parties should attempt good-faith resolution by written notice describing the issue and requested remedy. This step does not waive limitation periods or urgent relief rights.

18. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, platform failures, labour disruptions, governmental action, public emergencies, severe weather, cyber incidents, or utility interruption. We will use reasonable efforts to resume operations and communicate material impacts.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to applicable legal requirements.

20. Entire agreement and severability

These Terms, together with any specific enrolment agreement, policy references, or written addenda, form the entire agreement between you and AI Finance Rush regarding covered services. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent possible.

21. Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights. A waiver is effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of AI Finance Rush.

22. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or service changes. Updated terms are posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms, except where law requires explicit additional consent.
